Do customers need to install an app?
No. Customers just scan the QR code with their phone camera and the menu opens in the browser.
How does payment work?
Customers can pay with integrated dynamic QRIS, where the amount is filled in automatically and the order is confirmed on its own, or pay in cash at the counter.
Does it work for many tables?
Yes. Customers enter their own table number when ordering, so one store QR is enough for every table. Per-table QR codes are available too.
How will I know about new orders?
The dashboard announces new orders with voice and pop-ups, and you can connect Telegram so orders still reach you when the browser is closed.
Is there a fee?
Each paid order carries a 1.5% platform fee deducted from the store balance, and a minimum balance of Rp 5.000 is required to receive orders. QRIS fees apply separately and can be borne by the store or the customer.
